• Show donor name on the campaign page if you choose to be shown (or “Anonymous”)

4) What appears publicly

Depending on campaign settings, the following may be visible publicly:

• Campaign title, description, images, and progress totals
• Donor list showing donor name (or Anonymous) and donation amount (if enabled)

Please avoid posting sensitive personal information in public messages.

5) How we share information

We do not sell personal data.

• Payment Processors (Stripe/PayPal) to complete transactions
• Service providers (hosting, security, analytics, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations
• Campaign organizer/beneficiary: limited details may be visible depending on settings
• Legal and safety: if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and prevent fraud

6) International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example where servers or providers operate). We take steps to protect information during transfers as required by applicable law.

We keep donation records as long as needed to provide the Donations Service, handle disputes/refunds/fraud investigations, and meet legal/accounting requirements. Some records may be kept longer if required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect donation information, including access controls and secure server practices. However, no system is 100% secure. Payment Processors handle sensitive payment data on their secure systems.

If you believe a donation was unauthorized or you have a dispute, contact support@frepali.com and include the transaction reference. Some disputes may also be handled through the Payment Processor.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice on donation pages.
