Please avoid posting sensitive personal information in public messages.
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example where servers or providers operate). We take steps to protect information during transfers as required by applicable law.
We keep donation records as long as needed to provide the Donations Service, handle disputes/refunds/fraud investigations, and meet legal/accounting requirements. Some records may be kept longer if required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect donation information, including access controls and secure server practices. However, no system is 100% secure. Payment Processors handle sensitive payment data on their secure systems.
You can control cookies via browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information (where legally permitted), and to object to or restrict processing in certain cases.
To make a request, contact: privacy@frepali.com. We may need to verify your identity.
The Donations Service is not intended for children under 13 (or higher age where required by law). If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
If you believe a donation was unauthorized or you have a dispute, contact support@frepali.com and include the transaction reference. Some disputes may also be handled through the Payment Processor.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice on donation pages.
