By donating through Frepali, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the donation amount is correct.
Donations are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store full payment card details.
Campaign pages are created and managed by campaign organizers. We may remove or restrict campaigns that violate our rules or applicable laws.
If you believe a donation was unauthorized or you have a dispute, contact us at support@frepali.com with the transaction reference. Some disputes may be handled directly through Stripe/PayPal or your bank/card issuer.
Depending on campaign settings, your donor name and donation amount may appear publicly on the campaign page. You may choose “Anonymous” where available.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
